What we store, what we do not, and how gallery shares, payments, and account data are handled.

Who we are

AeroKit AI (aerokitai.com) provides AI body-kit concept generation. This page explains what we collect when you use the website, create an account, pay for a plan, or share a kit.

Account data

When you register we store your name, email, password hash, plan, and monthly design usage. Password reset uses your email. You can update profile details from My account.

Photos and generated kits

  • A generate that you do not share or download is processed to create the concept. We do not keep that run as a public gallery file.
  • Gallery shares, social cards, and logged-in downloads may be stored on our servers under WordPress media so we can show, protect, and re-download them.
  • Public gallery posts show the kit image, style, optional vehicle tags, likes, notes, and download counts. You can unshare a kit you posted; that removes it from the public gallery (it becomes a draft, not a hard delete of every backup).

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by WooCommerce and PayPal. We receive order records (plan, amount, email, billing fields you enter). We do not store full card numbers on AeroKit AI. PayPal has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

  • Login and checkout cookies keep you signed in and complete PayPal orders.
  • A gallery cookie remembers which kits you liked without publishing your name on the like.

Legal requests and retention

We keep account, order, and shared-kit records as long as needed to run the product, prevent abuse, and meet accounting rules. To ask for a copy or deletion of personal account data, use the contact page from the same email as your login.
